House 127

Left-handed plots are consistently underestimated. They give two main elevations for the people who see it from the street and for the occupants who can watch it from their yard.

Left-handed houses’ designs were becoming to look alike. I aimed to break the trend in this project and add some new touches. Fortunately, the owner of this house is an engineer himself, and he appreciated the outcome at first glance. It is a dream of all architects to have a client with a similar mindset:

“I will build it exactly how it is designed!” ~ Eng. Mutmaeen

The outcome of the construction is outstanding!

This is a residential house with a 300 Square Meter area, and the footprint is around 270 square meters.

There is a large hall in the basement, a WC, a mini-kitchen, and ample storage. The upper floors are one dwelling for one typical family with all their amenities.
